We will not disclose or sell any consumer personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purposes. Because such exchanges do not occur and would violate our policy, there is no link on our websites to opt-out of such activity.
Do Not Email List (opt-out or "unsubscribe") - To be placed on this list, follow this link and provide the email associated with your account in your request.

CCPA “Right to Request Deletion” - Please contact us here to make your complete data deletion request, and we will send you a confirmation email (to insure it was really you who made the request) and comply within 5 working days after receiving your confirmation. Note that this will also remove your address from our Do Not Email List which may produce unintended consequences if your address is re-submitted in the future.

The details:
The email address and information you provide will not be sold, rented or loaned to any party.
No public page displays or provides member email addresses, to prevent outside computers or other people from collecting them.
- Your data is used only in aggregate, except:
- When you join, an email may be sent to you alone, to insure it was really you who subscribed as a member.
- When you unsubscribe, an email is sent to you alone so you will know if someone else has removed you.
- If you knowingly choose one of our features that lets other users contact you individually.
- If we contact you alone regarding a change or problem with your account.
We promise not to contact you for others outside our office who offer us money, value or securities to do so (i.e. advertising).
If you elect to publish 3rd party hosted photos on your site or web pages, you may be asked by the 3rd party photos provider for permission to share your "Album" and it's contents. Granting your permission may initiate privacy actions by that provider which are outside our control. Please refer to the privacy policy of these providers for details.
We employ an outside provider to verify those accessing our services are actually humans. The providers have their own privacy policies, which are included here

AKH Online Message Gateway
After receiving your permission, we may send SMS ("text messages") to your device for the purposes of number verification, logging in, or providing important updates about changes to data we are managing for our clients (order status, customer inquiries, delivery notifications, etc).
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive between zero and five messages per week.
